HERE'S A TREAT FOR YOU


PUNJABI LASSI:


INGREDIENTS:
  • 500g yogurt

  • 50g cream

  • 150g sugar

  • 3 drops rose essence

  • 1 tsp ruafza

  • 100g ice cubes

METHOD:

  • Mix yogurt, ice cubes, sugar in a vessel and blend to a fine paste.

  • In a tall glass, add 1 tsp ruafza, the above yogurt mix, sprinkle rose essence and chill it.

  • Serve with cream on it.
