PUNJABI LASSI:
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g yogurt
- 50g cream
- 150g sugar
- 3 drops rose essence
- 1 tsp ruafza
- 100g ice cubes
METHOD:
- Mix yogurt, ice cubes, sugar in a vessel and blend to a fine paste.
- In a tall glass, add 1 tsp ruafza, the above yogurt mix, sprinkle rose essence and chill it.
- Serve with cream on it.
